From understanding to practice.
Keep exercises, plans and records connected.
01 / LEARN
One exercise, step by step.
Every exercise includes three key-pose illustrations, setup, breathing, common mistakes and adjustments. Choose a male or female demonstrator and explore the steps at your own pace. Find exercises by muscle group, equipment or name.
02 / PLAN
Make room in your week.
During setup, choose your demonstrator, training focus and weekly schedule, then preview and save. Start with a two-, three- or four-day home or gym template and customize exercise order, sets, targets and rest.
03 / PRACTICE
Give this set your attention.
Log weight, reps or duration; distinguish warm-up and working sets; and track each side separately for unilateral exercises. On the phone, three-step illustrations follow the same timed rep cycle. Check your actual reps before confirming the set. Supports kg/lb, rest timers and resuming unfinished workouts.
On Apple Watch, see the current exercise, automatically cycle through its steps and view the phone's rep count and status. Stay connected to the paired iPhone to adjust and confirm a set; the phone saves your training records.
04 / REFLECT
See progress in your own records.
Review workout history and recent weekly frequency, add notes and correct entries. Compare performance for the same exercise, equipment, side and weight. Export CSV or restore from a JSON backup.
A little calm for your practice.
